Sunday May 21st, 6-9pm at Copper Fox Restaurant in downtown Geneva. Join Up North Wine Tasting Room & Copper Fox as we host a collaborative Wine Dinner featuring Kim Simecek of Shady Lane Cellars. Kim will walk guests through an immersive wine & food pairing experience with a handcrafted menu created by Culinary Artist & Chef, KC Gulbro. Guests will enjoy a Cash Bar cocktail hour & appetizers followed by a sit down dinner which includes Four 3oz pours of Shady Lane Cellars wine paired with Four Copper Fox small plate courses.
